School Counseling

Sunnyview Primary's School Counselor follows student and professional standards to guide the development and implementation of the counseling program.

The helping role is centered on practicing within the mission established by the Counseling Department within Knox County Schools, which is to provide every student with a comprehensive school counseling program centered around an engaging curriculum that encourages growth in academic, career and personal/social domains"

The Sunnyview Primary School Counselors delivers both direct and indirect services through school counseling curriculum instruction, consultation, collaboration, and counseling services.

Mrs. B provides short-term counseling services for students who experience issues that impact their social-emotional, behavioral, and/or academic abilities. You can refer your child for School Counseling Services below.
